Please kindly help out on how to appeal that my account may be free from restriction ofn sending offers and bidding, its over a year now I've been unable to do this things

Mentor1 year agoHas it been over 12 months since you had unpaid transactions? The restriction should be lifted once there is only one unpaid transaction remaining. It is a block that is set by sellers. Not all sellers have that block in place.

Mentor1 year ago@will_90862 we have no control on restricted accounts, u needed to follow the instructions on the ebay message that showed the restriction, now over a year, i doubt u can do anything about it
on the top of ebay pages is a help contact button u can click on to talk to customer service
