I just created an account and took a photo of my first listing I go to finish it and post it for sale and it says I'm restricted while I've done nothing wrong the email didn't give me any reasons or instructions

Make sure the name on your ebay account matches exactly to the name on your checking account.
Make sure your registered address is a physical location, and not a P.O. box. You can change it later.
