Restricted for not real reason
Hello!
My question is: Why our seller account was restricted even though our Status is Above Standard and 2 defects rate only, when the possibility is 3 before taking any further action for restriction? The reason in the e-mail we got is: low preforming but the Seller Hub is showing something else.
