Restricted buying account.
My account's been restricted. I can't buy anything on eBay. I've looked all through my Messages and don't see anything telling me it was about to be restricted, or why. All I can think of is that I recently asked for, and got, a refund from a seller for an item that I never received because it got lost in the mail between the UK and the US.
