Restricted account with no eBay email address to respond
My account has been restricted I'm trying to at least provide the information that I do have some tracking numbers ID and whatever else is needed but there is no way on doing that because when I sent the message with some information it said do not send but yet they told me to send information to eBay through email and when I send it it says don't send it to this address.
I am not the only one that this has happened to I am sure please help

Mentor1 year agoAlways make sure you enter the tracking number into the transaction when you ship the item if you are not using ebay shipping.

Can you reply to the Ebay message you received when they notified you of the restriction?

OP1 year agoNo I cannot it says do not reply.When I respond to the email in which they sent and the only link to try to respond to them it says do not reply
