Restricted account reinstated
My account was restricted several years ago for not using an original personal picture. I want to start to sell again, but I’m not sure how to reinstate my account. I can’t even access my messages from so many years ago. I don’t have a balance to pay and can’t find anyone on eBay to answer questions except the automated assistant.
