Restricted Account - Post Sale
I’ve had my account for 7 years and have sold several items, but now my account is restricted. I recently sold an item and suddenly eBay permanently restricted my account is holding my funds. I’m active duty military and stationed overseas. All I want is my money back and I’m getting rid of eBay for good as they have restricted my account twice suddenly. Any advice on how to move foward?

Mentor2 years ago@ahmabrow1 The name and address on the checking account MUST match the eBay account exactly. Does everything still match? No PO boxes for the registration address. You might be tripping the security system since you are accessing your account from a different country.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
