restricted account need help reinstating
can someone please give me a clue how to get my restricted account reinstated. It’s been restricted since August 27. The email required tracking numbers which they have received. Maybe the issue is an extra shipping label I created when I lost a shipping label to a package, but it was delivered on time almost. However, I didn’t get a refund on the shipping label and it’s it’s in limbo. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. I can’t respond to the email they sent me. I don’t have a computer. I work off my phone. Thank you so much.
