restricted account listing issue

my account was restricted i sent docs it went back up.only my 10k listings were down.

so I tried to relist it wont let me I get "listings were not processed because the listings do not exist or are still active."

I've chatted with over 15 people. and so far around half were made possible for me to relist

the rest still have these issues.

i am sick and tired of dealing with agents who know nothing. who can I contact?

also, to confirm another matter. - can I have more then 1 store on my name?

for example : storename 1,storename 2,storename 3 in order to get higher selling limits

@salehuntcom You can have more than one selling account. The other accounts will also have limits. I would NOT open stores on the other accounts to start with, just use the 250 listings unless eBay gives you higher limits.

Each account has to have it's own email and user ID. You can use the same checking account for all of the accounts.

As for your missing listings if they are not in your unsold section then I am sorry to say they are probably gone.
