eBay had been holding my funds for more then a month the agents don’t help they keep sending emails to prolong the process witch takes 3 business days not even to fix just to get to the right department then you got to verify yourself 100 times plus I’m still trying to get my money smh eBay is broken

Click on "Contact us"
Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.
Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

OP3 years agoOk I did that already it’s been longer than 90 days what would you do next ? I’m waiting ? Ya excatly eBay needs to be hold accountable for the bad business practice

If you don't have an account, you have to make one. Facebook is the easiest.
Add your full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
