Good day, i was trying to purchase some items from my cart and it says that my account is restricted may i know what is this about?

OP3 years agoMy address is within the United States never had an issue with it, just need instructions to take the restriction off and move on with my ebay account

Mentor3 years agoDid you check to make sure the seller ships to your location? Not all sellers will ship internationally or not to all locations.
