I have a account that I had over 3500 listings on. Got very ill and time away expired. So sales continued to go thru and were not taken care of on my end. My account was restricted tp where I cannot sell on it anymore. It has been about a year since this happened. Is there a way to turn the account back on?

You will need to review your account status with customer service.
