I have a question. My account has been restricted for almost a month, preventing me from participating in auctions or making purchases. The notification is followed by a message saying that the next steps to unlock my account are in the messages, but I haven't received anything. When I try to ask support for help, the bot keeps stalling me and won't let me exchange messages with a human agent. What can I do to recover my account?

Click contact us at the bottom of the page
Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.
After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent. You may have to repeat the last two steps.
