OP1 year agoI was trying to list an item for sale. My first one. I tried all day to get to chat with them and I went through endless loops to finally get someone to tell me they were basically sticking with their decision and that my “appeal†wasn’t granted. Didn’t even know I filed an appeal. On top of that they won’t even tell me why so I can fix the issues. Also I only got the notification in the app and nothing sent to the email address. I do t know how to fix it.

Since this was the first time you were trying to list an item for sale, did you register as a seller and enroll in Ebay's Managed Payments?
