Months ago, I have my account restricted.
'Item not Received' rate was high,
I'm an active eBay seller since 2005, and for years I have an icon "power seller" and "top rated seller" . I have many customers on eBay and I was selling a lot of special item that no one has it .
However, as you know I'm selling from Israel, there was a war here , the circumstances was very bad, a lot of lockdowns
Many flights were stopped for weeks . That caused a delay on shipping, some of my customers didn't receive their goods on time, it was really out of my control.
The circumstances now is better, shipping and delivery are on time ,
I will do all my best to cooperate with customers and to refund them as soon as they ask .
Could you please help me have my account reinstated?
