Restoring a cancelled order
Is there a way to restore a canceled order of multiple items without having the buyer go back and play bids on each item individually? I had a buyer who purchased multiple items, had a medical emergency, and failed to pay in 10 days. So I canceled her order and now she wants it restored to pay for the items

Mentor1 year agoOnce cancelled the purchase cannot be restored. They would have to rebuy the items from you. Be aware that if you cancelled the orders using the "Buyer has not paid" reason then they earned multiple Unpaid Item Strikes on their account which you cannot remove.
