Restart a return

Question

I started a return but things stalled and was unable to â€˜Confirmâ€™ and continue the return process. I thought perhaps if I canceled the return, I could start the process over. Now I am not being offered any option other than it telling me the return has been canceled. Any ideas on how to restart this return?

Sellers can't cancel a request for return claim. We have never had that ability. So exactly what did you cancel. The refund????

Go to your Seller Hub. Then in the ORDER box. Click on All Orders and locate the transaction. Once you find it, on the left side there will be the ability to hover over a down arrow and a drop down menu will appear. You may have to scroll down on that list to fine REFUND. Click on that and simply try to process the refund again.

BUT FIRST, look at your transactions in your Managed Payment account and make sure your original refund didn't get processed.
