Responding to Offers on my listed items.
Until today, when I have accepted a buyers offer, their payments for the item processed within a minute and I prepared for shipping immediately after that.
Early this morning I received (and accepted) an offer but heard nothing in return. No payment processed and I can find no record of the "offer" anywhere in my sellers hub. I figured they cancelled their offer or something like that (I am a new seller) and that it was just something I had not experienced yet.
However .... I am super concerned now that the exact same thing just happened again ! This time a different item and a different buyer making the offer, but exactly the same scenario. I accepted the offer and have heard nothing. No record of the offer that I can find in my sellers hub. The only evidence of these offers happening at all are the original emails from Ebay - telling me I had offers. I checked my offer settings and they show that I will only take offers from people who have set up a payment method. Is this a normal scenario ? If they coincidentally BOTH changed their minds about their offers today, wouldn't I be notified in some way?
Am I just too new to have experienced it before and just unlucky today ?
Or should I be concerned that there is some glitch on my account.
What if I accepted - and they think they paid - I dont see it - and they are waiting and wondering why I am not Fulfilling their order ?
My brain hurts from trying to figure this out.
