Responding to buyers questions
I am unable to respond to questions from potential buyers. This never happened until the format change. Does anyone else have this issue?

Mentor1 year agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

Mentor1 year ago@sai98 i have not had any issues with the new messaging system, it is in the same format as texting on a phone
try clicking on the 'with questions' in the seller hub Listings box
