I had an offer for $33 and when I tried to respond to accept the offer, it would not go threw.

If you could not accept the offer, it is because the seller accepted a previous offer or someone paid the full Buy It Now price. Sending an offer does not reserve an item for you, it is still available for sale to others until it is paid for.
If the offer was one of the Special Offer From Seller ones. There is usually a note in it saying hurry because others have received the offer. Then the first person to accept and pay for it gets it.

OP1 year agoThank you for replying however I must have stated it incorrectly, someone offered me $33. for an item I was selling and when I hit the button to respond it would not let me. Thank You
