resolving policy violation for pesticide sales

Question

I have repeatedly been on the phone with ebay regarding a listing for mole killer baits that keeps getting taken down. I appeal, win the appeal, but the listing keeps coming down. How do I get through to them. The exact item is sold by many other sellers successfully.

Just received an email from ebay saying:

"We removed this listing because it didn't follow our policy on Fertilizer and pesticides prohibited by government or shipping regulations are not allowed. If your item description leads us to believe that your listing doesn't follow our policies or the eBay User Agreement, we may remove it.

Since pesticides can pose significant health and safety risks, and are regulated by the Canadian government, we have specific rules about selling them on eBay."

Then why does ebay have a Seller Listing category titled "RODENTICIDES, BAITS AND BAIT STATIONS"??

Check out all the listings in that category for mouse, rat, gopher and mole killers. How can I resolve this please???
