Resolving issues with eBay for removal of listings that do follow policy but AI removed them anyway
Does anyone have any advice for dealing with eBay over the removal/hiding of listings that do follow eBay policy but were removed anyway? I have some fragrance products that are listed as brand new in their boxes and are indeed brand new and shown with their boxes in the photos in the listing and described as such but were removed for being used. I have submitted appeals and they were all rejected. I can't seem to find anyone to speak to that can resolve this problem. Thank you!
