Resolving a listing violation
I have a item listing hidden for violating the selling outside of eBay policy.
I suspect it is because I included external links in the description.
There is a "resolve" button but it goes to a page that shows I have no issues to resolve.
There is no "edit" or "delete" button available for the listing.
Anyone have any insight as to how to resolve this - the Ai agent just keeps repeating to use the button that does not work.
