Resolution hub won't load/display

Question

I'm at my wit's end! I have 8 listings that are hidden due to "policy issues." When I click on the "policy" link, it takes me to an article about EU packaging regulations, so I'm assuming that's the issue. Any link I click to resolve the issue, from any page, takes me to the Resolution Hub. However, the Resolution Hub will not load. Ever. I've cleared my cache, logged out and back in, tried the AI support. Nothing works. How do I fix these listings if I can't access the Resolution Hub???

Have you tried using a different browser to rule that out as the problem?
