Buyers no longer go to the 'Resolution Center' to file a claim. Claims are now started from our Purchase History in My eBay.

OP2 years agoI found an area but it won't let me start a dispute. The seller took my money on December 13, 2023 and has not shipped or provided any information. I sent a note December 15 & 16 and seller did not reply.

Mentor2 years agoSellers are not required to respond or to provide tracking unless a case has been filed after the last estimated delivery date. Then the seller has three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. If the seller cannot, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and refund the buyer.

It's too early to open a claim/dispute. You have to wait until the day after the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) you were given to open an 'Item not received' claim ... and you really should give it a few more days after the EDD, since these are the busiest shipping days of the year.
You can find the EDD in the Order Details for the item in your Purchase History. It's possible that the seller already shipped your item, but didn't provide the tracking number for you to see it.
