Resolution Center
Hello. I clock on the link to go to the resolution center for an item I asked eBay to help resolve with the seller.
When I click on the link, the screen goes to the signon screen and I enter my password.
The screen stays on the signon screen and doesn't go to the resolution center.
How can I go to the resolution center when I am signed onto eBay?

·3 years agoThe Resolution Center was discontinued a couple of years ago. If there is still a page at the URL it simply directs you to go to your Purchase History if a buyer or your Seller Hub/My eBay: Selling if a seller. So just go there and the tools formerly in the RC (and at least some historical information on cases you are or have been involved in).
