Reshipping a returned to sender
Had a buyer with an inadequate address and the package was returned to me. How can I resend it to the buyer?

In that scenario the Buyer loses their eBay Money Back Guarantee. When you get the item back you can refund the item cost but not the original shipping the Buyer paid because that money was spent ont he round trip shipment. If you offer free shipping then you refund in full.
eBay expects you to ship to the address on file. You can relist the item after refunding the Buyer and if they want to buy it again after correcting their address they can do so.
Or you can add them to your blocked list on this page: Buyer management | eBay
If you attempt to have them pay you again for another label you would have to provide some type of personal information which could be a security risk.

Mentor8 months agoContact the buyer, and let him/her know what happened, and ask for a more detailed accurate ship to address. You can also ask for his Paypal email address so you can send an Invoice to cover the cost of the reshipment.
