Resetting an unknown password
How in God's name can you reset your old password when you don't know it.
Ebay texts me a 6 digit security code, I get into my account using the security code, and it still requires me to enter my unknown old password to make any edits or change my UNKNOWN password.
REALLY?

eBay has a "Reset" password (when you don't know your old password) and a "Change" password (when you do know your old password). Be sure to select the correct button on this page, and please come back to let us know if that solved the problem.
