OP3 years agoNone of these answers are really that helpful none of them show me how to find out what the reserve price is for an itemÂ

Mentor3 years ago@joey2_4  That's because it is not shown ... I sell a lot auction style but NEVER use the reserve price. eBay charges an extra fee for that. It is not a good feature for eBay's version of an auction. Â

My strategy is to bid my maximum bid once, the absolute MOST I would be willing to spend on the item. If it does not meet the Reserve Price, I simply move on to a different listing for the item.

Keep bidding until you meet the reserve price OR bid the max you are willing to pay and if you do not beat the Reserve price then you are done.
