reserve fee for item sold at auction then cancelled
does the seller get the fee for the reserve they set if an item sold but then the buyer cancelled?

Reserve fees are non-refundable. Since buyers don't like them much (unless you disclose the amount in the listing description), it's usually best to just start the bidding at the least you'd be happy with if you receive just one bid and save yourself the money.
