reserve fee
My husband added some stuff on eBay for the first time on my account. He added a reserve price not knowing he would be charged. I removed it when I seen the charge. Can I get the money back

You could try asking customer service to remove the fee as a one time curtesy but they are not obligated to do this and would only remove one fee if they agree to remove any of the fees. You are warned at the bottom of the listing that a fee will be charged if you click on "List" along with the amount. So a warning was given prior to listing the item.
You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for “Agent†several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back.
