Resending Item
I have an item that was "Return to Sender Unable to Forward". The address in Ebay when I printed out the label had a different address than his actual address. Who should pay for resnding the item to the correct address? Ebay still shows the wrong address. He says he has changed it to the correct address.

The easiest way to handle this is to refund the Buyer minus any original shipping they paid and then relist. They can repurchase with their correct address.
