Resending an order
My buyer wants me to resend her purchased and returned order to a new address. I don’t know how to to create a new label with the charges plus adding on the return postage charges. I don’t want to send this again if I’m going to lose money. Am I better off canceling the order and listing again so she can buy? Who paid the return shipping chargers, was it deducted from my account?

Mentor4 months ago@mestut-96. The easiest way is to refund the item price only then relist so that they can buy again.
Or look up the shipping cost on pirateship.com and have the buyer send you the payment for the label through PayPal or other electronic payment method.
