Resend an item that has been returned

Question

Customs couldn't get in contact with buyer so item was returned to me the buy would like me to return it back to him but I need to re print his address and charge him the postage witch he is happy with

@seveeeeee This is eBay.com the US site. Here in the US when an item is returned to sender we can ask the buyer to send us the cost of re-shipping using an offsite electronic payment method such as PayPal. This is NOT considered an offsite transaction since the sale already took place.

Then you buy the new shipping label from your preferred shipping carrier. Don't buy the new label from eBay or the sold item has 2 tracking numbers which can confuse the system.
