resellers certificate for sales tax exemption
My resellers certificate for my state (WA) expired, so I downloaded and sent the new cert to ebay for sales tax exemption. They said about 5 business days and I've done it twice now and waited 2 weeks each time and still no change to my account (I'm still paying sales tax). Anyone have experience with this? I can't seem to find a way to speak with an actual person.
