Mentor3 years agoSee here for what documentation your state requires to make your eBay account exempt from sales taxes for purchases you make that are shipped to you in your state:

Note that if you have purchases that are not for resale or not exempt, you would need to use a second eBay account to make those purchases, or else purchase as a guest.
