Requesting refund as delivery did not happened with in one week after promised date.
I Ordered the extra close rack for occasion the delivery was over 1 week to late I want refund as I no longer need item. Bad communication from seller several promises no delivery.

You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.com.au
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
