Requesting manual review – defective item, seller not responding, order older than 90 days
Hello,
I am requesting help with a manual review under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Order number: 14-13727-03603
Item: For 2016 Mercedes CLA 260 Front Rear View Camera Interface Kit
Order date: October 21, 2025
The item is defective and does not work. I installed it correctly and have photo/video proof.
I contacted the seller multiple times, but the seller is not responding.
I understand the order is older than 90 days, but the issue was discovered after installation.
I am asking for a manual review by an eBay agent and guidance on how to proceed.

eBay's money back guarantee only applies within thirty days of receiving an item. After that, eBay can no longer help.
You may have some recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer some protection for up to six months from the date of purchase. Check with your card issuer for details.
