Requesting invoice
I’m a strictly mobile app user. I’m attempting to purchase multiple items from one seller. I noticed that they had not set up combined shipping to automatically adjust the cost so I reached out and asked if they would combine. They agreed that they would but have not sent an updated invoice. I began to investigate if I could request a total from seller. Supposedly it is an option in my cart, as the help section so unhelpfully describes. I cannot find it. Anyone able to explain?

Mentor2 years agoI have read in the past that the REQUEST TOTAL was not an option on the ebay app, but that it has been added recently. If you do not find it, then use the CONTACT SELLER link and ask the seller to send you an invoice with a discount for combined shipping.
