Requesting full refund
I bought an item that showed I would receive as late as Feb 12th. It is currently marked as shipped but only label has been created ( carrier has NO possession of item yet ) It has been days since the purchase and now the delivery date has changed to March 12th! The delivery date is unacceptable so I canceled my order and asked for a full refund.
The return is asking me for me to ship the item back but clearly I never received it. What should I do now?

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like you filed a Returns Request, which is the wrong case to file, since you have nothing to return.
Click on the Order Details in your Purchase history. Does the estimated delivery date still show as February 12 ? Is this item coming from China?
