Requesting feedback from buyers
Is it possible to request feedback from Buyers? My feedback rating has just dropped because even though I only have one negative feedback in 12 months, I only have a total of 45 feedbacks recorded, out of 132 sales in the last 12 months.

·3 years agoYou can ask them for feedback, but you might not like what you get.

·3 years agoFeedback is voluntary. And if you annoy the buyer, they can give you negative rather than positve feedback.
