You cannot get a buyer to leave feedback. Leaving feedback is totally voluntary. You may only receive feedback from about half of your buyers. The way to get more feedback is to provide exceptional customer service and great items at great prices. Exceed your buyer's expectations - that is the way to get more feedback.
We've seen enough posts here to know that asking for feedback sometimes gets you the kind you don't want. Leave feedback for your buyers and allow them to do the same, if they are so inclined. eBay already sends reminders that many buyers find annoying, so piling on may backfire.

Mentor2 years ago@jonothan-2009 Never ask for feedback because you might not like what you get. Right now you have a feedback score of 81, although most of that is for buying, most buyers are not going to look that closely so don't worry about it.
I have been selling for the last 11 years. I have sold 3.3 thousand items. My score of 1804 actually includes 221 for buying. I leave feedback for ALL of my buyers. Buyers just don't leave feedback that often.

eBay will email a buyer reminding them to leave feedback for a purchase. It is generally up to the buyer if they would like to leave a review or not. I personally wouldn't as it might come off as spammy for the buyer and might leave negative feedback (I know this from experience.) If you had a good transaction with the buyer, I would leave them positive feedback
