requesting additional information from seller before sale
I need to request additional information from a seller before committing to purchase an item… This has been straightforward in the past, however this time it appears it’s no longer possible (at least with this seller). Has something changed or is my seller unwilling to communicate with customers? Thank you.

Mentor3 years agoSellers can turn off the contact option. Not a seller I would deal with.
