Requesting a return after a month?
I’ve got a return request and the person has had the item a month. The return say damaged in shipping and the battery doesn’t work. Do I accept the return request no questions asked or can I ask why now after 30 days there was a problem with the item and shipping?

Mentor1 year agoThe buyer can return the item 30 days after they receive the item, not the date the item sold.
If it is outside that window, you can refuse the return. If it is inside the return period you have to accept the return if they open a claim for "not as described" reasons, such as damaged or doesn't work.
If the buyer wants to return or get a refund, they will find a way and there is not much you can do. If the item falls within the return period, you will have to accept the return or eBay will refund for you.
