Requesting a Return

Question

I am trying to return an item I bought for my vehicle. I clicked on "Return Request" and it took me to a page that asked -- "Why are you returning this item"? I entered "The module doesn't fit my vehicle". It then asks Anything else to share?. There was nothing to add. The next section on the page allows files to be added as additional information -- Add files (0/10)

"Files are required for this return". -- There are no files to be added, so I try to hit "Continue" and it doesn't allow me to proceed with the return. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like they need a photo for the return
