Requesting a partial refund for a damaged item

I purchased a travel Mahjong set and the item arrived with the travel case damaged. I have been having successful communication with the seller about being interested in processing a partial refund which they are open to. I suggested to them that I found a replacement travel case and provided them a link to what I found and they are agreeable to the reasonable request for the partial refund. I started the refund request process but I do not see any options for requesting a partial refund I only see requesting a full refund. Is it possible to do a partial refund request since both I (the buyer) and the seller are in agreement on that suggestion? If it is possible to do a partial refund request, how do I do that?

@abkauctions You cannot request a partial refund. You open a return request. The seller can then offer a partial refund in place of return.
