Requested to cancel an order.
1-9-26 is when I placed an order by mistake. I immediately requested to cancel the order. The item had not been shipped and the status is the same, not shipped yet. I got a message telling me I will get a response from the seller within 3 days. Today is the 4th day and no contact with the seller. What could be happening? The item never shipped so cancellation should not be a problem. Can I just dispute the charge with credit card company?
