Requested Returns
Does any other seller feel like eBay is heavily biased towards buyers? As a casual seller, I'm considering deleting my account. Do sellers have any rights on eBay? What I was selling got damaged after it left my possession, and I had to double pay for shipping and issue a refund for an item I didn't damage and probably can't resell. Having few rights as a seller doesn't feel right to me.

Sellers do have rights, but the seller is responsible for making sure the item arrives safely to the buyer. One way to do that is with proper packaging.
When the buyer receives a damaged item, they have the right to use Ebay's Money Back Guarantee and the seller is obligated to cooperate with the buyer when the buyer files a Return Request.
