Requested refund for wrong item
I just had a customer request a refund due to them getting the wrong product. The pics show a partially ripped shipping label over a package that I never use. The label is also put at a angle covering up the original shipping info on the package. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck refunding an obvious scam? Thanks
