Requested label cancelation - how do I correct the shipping information and order the correct label?

Today I ordered a label for shipping but it was the wrong service. I requested cancellation (USPS) and I'll be waiting for that. But how do I now correct the shipping information for the item and reorder the correct label. I don't see any options addressing that.

Thanks Mr. L - the address was correct, I ordered the wrong service. My bad. I did find out if I go out of eBay and come back I can see where I can order a new label. It looks like it takes a moment or two to update and offer to make a new label. I'm set. Thanks.

Hi @j2

-If you purchased your label through eBay and need to Void it you do it here: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)

It takes u to 21 days for the credit to appear on your account ... I see them in about 14 days. You can void labels up to 5 days after purchasing.

-Why do you need to change the address????? It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate address at the time of order. If they messaged you asking to ship elsewhere DO NOT DO IT! You will lose your Seller Protection on an Itemnot received claim.

-If a Buyer wants you to ship elsewhere ask them to message you requesting a cancellation, you then cancel based on their request selecting the reason " Buyer requested ... ". No affect on your account.

-The Buyer can then update their address and purchase from you again ...
